Pakistan: The Next Global Power?

PakistanNext?Pakistan has been in a continual state of political instability and choas for so long now. Governments change but the overall situation remains the same: poverty, corruption, crime and economic failure. Now U.S. has decided to focus it's foreign policy on Pakistan. This will no doubt make the situation worse.

The way forward for Pakistan is neither of the twin evils of democracy or dictatorship. Rather the way forward is Islam and its political system, the Khilafah. This public lecture will discuss the above issues in detail in presenting the Islamic solution for Pakistan and also addressing the question of what role we can play in the West to contribute to the revival of Pakistan.
