Implementation of Capitalist ideology and Democratic system during last nine years in Afghanistan has undermined Islamic rulings in every aspect of life and the educational curriculum is one of them, that is filled by un-Islamic thoughts and rulings such as non Islamic standpoint about universe based on separation of religion from life and politics, absolute  freedoms of (belief, expression, individual and ownership), civil society, human rights and teachings of gender or sexual relationship instead of noble Islamic thoughts and rulings.

There are three fundamental causes of these activities: first, Muslims imitating west in the aspect of concepts of life and culture; second, functions of educational institutions under UNESCO policies which is UN's cultural and educational section, while UN by itself is responsible for organizing of colonialism in Muslim lands and its full authorities are in Kaffir countries' control which is free of each and every Islamic thoughts; Third, the contracts of the government of Afghanistan with western countries in the education sector is to launch organized programs for westernization and imitation of concepts of life from Kafir west, that results in production of non-Islamic personalities.

In reality, Islam has set Islamic belief and Shara'i rulings as belief and practical standards, to consequently emerge a personality in beliefs and deeds based on Islam. While current curriculum is prepared and complemented based on separation of Islam from life and politics and solely aimed to produce secular personalities.

﴿َفلاَ وَرَبِّكَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّىَ يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لاَ يَجِدُواْ فِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِّمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُواْ تَسْلِيمًا﴾
