The regimes in the vicinity of Syria have all played a treacherous and criminal role with regards to the suppression of the Syrian uprising. Chief among them is the Iranian government which has been directly colluding with Bashar al-Assad in his massacre of the Syrian people, men women and children in the most heinous of ways. The remaining regimes have been complicit in their lack of action to come to the aid of the beleaguered Muslims of Syria, and in their working with colonial Western powers as surrogates instead of fulfilling their Islamic obligations.
