O Muslims! Your illness has been diagnosed as being the shaken confidence in the thoughts and rules of Islam, and the cure has been clarified to you as being the establishment of the Islamic Khilafah with the thoughts and rules of Islam. So the course of action has been made as clear to you as the midday sun. The aim has been defined such that every person can tangibly sense it. That is why we call you to breathe life into the Islamic ‘Aqeedah in your hearts through your continuous link with Allah (swt) and your perseverance in calling people to Allah and to the confidence in the Shari’ah of Allah, and by making the Islamic brotherhood the only bond which binds all the Muslims. We call upon you to work tirelessly and continuously with complete awareness and honest sacrifice to re-establish the Islamic Khilafah by disseminating the thoughts of Islam and by struggling for their sake. This is to raise the flag of Islam over all other flags, and to make the Word of Allah the highest and to resume carrying the Message of Islam to the world as a Light, Guidance and Mercy.

Many people overstep the mark and apply the term 'social system' to all systems of life. This is an erroneous application; given that the systems of life befit more to be called the 'systems of society' since in reality that is what they constitute, as they organise the relationships which arise between a people living in a particular society regardless of their meeting or dispersing. The meeting of people is not considered, what is noted is only the relationships (‘Alaqat).

A civilisation (hadhara) is a collection of concepts about life. Civilisation could be a spiritual divine one (deeniyya ilahiyya) or man-made (wadh'iyya bashariyya). The spiritual divine civilisation emanates from a doctrine (’aqeedah); like the Islamic civilisation that emanates from the Islamic 'aqeedah. As for the man-made civilisation, either it emanates from a doctrine like the Capitalist Western civilisation that is a collection of concepts about life emanating from the doctrine of separating religion from life.

The Islamic Message has brought a complete legislative system that determines the relationships of the state with society, whether regarding ruling, economics, social, educational, domestic and foreign policy, or whether those relationships relate to the public relationships between the state and its subjects or the state and other states and nations, in times of war or peace. It also determined the private relationships between individuals in society.
It is therefore a complete and comprehensive system, designed for mankind, which made it obligatory on Muslims to implement and execute it in a state that takes a specific shape, represented by the system of Khilafah.

Politics means taking care of the affairs of the Ummah internally and externally; it is performed by the State and the Ummah. The State handles this taking care (of the Ummah's affairs) practically, and the Ummah accounts the State (re itís performance).

The present generation does not recall the Islamic State that implemented Islam, and those who lived during the last years of the Islamic State (‘Uthmani Khilafah) against which the West had directed its onslaught, had in fact witnessed the vestiges of a state implementing remnants of Islamic rule. It is extremely difficult therefore for many Muslims to percieve the structure of the Islamic government. The minds of the Muslims have been consumed by the present day situation, and can only conceptualize the system of government through the depraved democratic regimes foisted upon Muslim countries.

Thoughts, in any nation, are the greatest fortune the nation gains in her life if the nation is newly born; and they are the greatest gift that any generation can receive from the preceding generation, provided the nation is deep-rooted in the enlightened thought.

Since the 13th century Hijri (19th century AD), several movements were established to revive the Ummah but were all unsuccessful in their attempts. However, these movements had a strong influence over those who came after them to repeat the attempts. Upon scrutinizing these movements and their attempts for revival, one can conclude that the causes for their failure (from a structural point of view) are due to the following four factors:

The struggle between good (Khair) and bad (Sharr), and truth (Haqq) and falsehood (Batil) is one of the universal laws of life. The Wisdom (Hikma) of Allah (swt) dictates that the struggle and contest between the people should be a factor in the victory of truth and good and the defeat of falsehood and evil.

The democracy which the Kaafir West promotes in the Muslim countries is a system of Kufr. It has no connection whatsoever with Islam. It completely contradicts the rules of Islam whether in the comprehensive or partial issues, in the source from which it came, in the 'Aqeedah from which it emanated, in the basis on which it is established and in the thoughts and systems it has brought.

Since the middle of the twelfth century Hijri (eighteenth century C.E.) the Islamic world has been rapidly declining from its correct position and sinking horribly to the abyss of decline. Numerous attempts have been undertaken to revive it, or at least to halt the decline, but to no avail. |

Man revives according to what he carries of thought (fikr) about man, life and the universe, and about their relationship, as a whole, with what preceded this life and what comes after it. Hence, in order for man to revive, it is necessary to radically and comprehensively change his current thought (fikr) and generate another thought (fikr) for him. This is because it is the thought (fikr) that generates the concepts about things and consolidates them. Man shapes his behaviour in this life according to his concepts about it. |
